Processing Time

Every piece is handmade to order in our studio. Please allow an average of 1 to 3 weeks for crafting before your order ships. This is a handmade process: your piece is cast, carved and polished after you order, so we do not hold ready stock and cannot offer rush production.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the shipping option you select. Once your piece is finished, it ships with tracking.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Use this number to track your order.

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Destinations

We ship domestically and internationally within the EU, Non-EU Europe (Norway and Switzerland), the US and Canada, and the UK.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses. Contact us immediately if you need to update your address.
