Refund policy

We believe in thoughtful production. Most of our pieces are made to order, with an average crafting time of 1-3 weeks. If you're working with a tight timeline, email us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

If you change your mind, you have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply email us at atixjewelry@gmail.com to initiate the return, and we’ll guide you through the process.

To ensure the return is accepted, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund, which will be issued to the same payment method you used at checkout, within 14 days. Please allow some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
